Did some more digging on the actual dates

If I go with the very first setup of the group its the 5th of February 2011 (it was the 29th Horse Artillery back then, most original members are still around in one capacity or another...)
If I go with the actual 87th Royal Irish Fusiliers transformation/setup, it would be the 9th of April 2011
