Err so I was looking over the numbers here and I'd like to suggest maybe running this across several days since (unless you are running a crapload of matches at once) this tournament could take quite a while. It starts at 6 est and the first round alone is 25 FT7s which could easily take over an hour with 1/2 matches at a time. Besides that, I think having it over several days could possibly improve attendance as well, which would be kinda swag.
