 Sorry that I don't have much detail on the unit. It's difficult to find a solid picture on a specific Warsaw/Polish regiment, let alone two of the same. I did my best.

 Oh my god. Instead of Brunswicker, that should so be a Warsaw lancer/hussar unit. The infantry and cavalry can be recolored a few times to match the appropriate regiments, the commanding general changed, and this as the sapper (yes, this is historically accurate):

...you could make a pretty swanky Duchy of Warsaw faction.

Well there is, Raddeo basically made an entire mod which changes all French units to Polish ones, And it's even updated for the patch.
