The Soviet Union announces that the border of Ukraine and Kuban is closed from the rest of the USSR, to prevent starving farmers from searching for food. The USSR does not deny the famine, and although that it may be exaggerated by nationalist Ukranians, the USSR believes that it is in the best interests of Ukranian farmowners to give up their land and join collective farms - this is a campaign to encourage them to give up their farms. Propaganda is mass spread throughout the USSR, but mainly in Ukraine.

IL Duce of Italy, the great Benito Mussolini, suggests Norway to undertake a revolution of agendas in the country. As now the indigenous people of Germany realized and voted Herr Hitler into office, for him to lead Germany into economical greatness, Norway should follow and undertake similar changes in order to achieve economical greatness again. 

Italy warmly suggest Norway to undertake the same economical system that both Germany and Italy undertook.

Furthermore, in relation to the statement above, IL Duce would like to announce a new project to help relieve the weight on the shoulders of the Italian economy - the government is ought to spend a large amount of money on public works, like improving the railway tracks, fixing damage done by the Great war, building new schools, hospitals, libraries and more public infrastructure, so more jobs would be created for the people of greater Italy and the Italian colonies.
