I think he is talking about US 1/EU 1.

Honestly, I agree with him. It seems like some of the people who were given admin powers recently just want to use their power. People are getting slayed and kicked for anything they do wrong, accidental or not,  and bans have been given too quickly without warning. And not everyone knows how to post a ban appeal on the forums. Playing on the public servers are just not as fun anymore.

They are fun for me. Although it went from low admin activity to 24/7 admins.

That's what I pretty much imagined, cant say I know the poster of the thread really, so I hardly think this thread is taken as serious as you mention in your first point though, but I could be wrong.
