History:
Proposed by M. Felix Belly (French diplomat involved in Latin American affairs) in 1870. A battalion of women would be raised for the defense of Paris, these battalions would be part of the Garde nationale and help defend walls and barricades while also providing first aid to the wounded and "provide domestic and fraternal services to the men in the ranks consistent with moral order and military discipline."
The proposal was largely ignored.

Black pants with an orange stripe, black coat with a hood, black kepi with orange and a bandoleer with ammo.
