Does the attack have to hit the enemies block in the 10 second rule or can you just  purposefully miss stab cuz if so thats retarded.

you have 10 seconds to attack the block at the start of the round.
The rule is in place to discouraging S key from the very start of the round. If someone is passionate enough to s key after so be it.

How do you figure it will discourage s keying?

If an s keyer has someone aggressing on them they'll be able to hit their block within 10 seconds even while s keying lol, and if they don't have someone aggressing on them then both players end up at fault for not engaging.

alright, just a heads up I'm making sure 64 or more people are being signed up. And I'm not so sure this will ever happen again for a while if ever. So I hope to see you there :D
