Monaco is not a country, you haveno culture, no own history, no real geopolitical power appart from some pity the rest of nations give to you at international affairs, you are a part of france since you depend on them. Get it through your head.

Everybody chill out. I will talk to Falanghe tomorrow on TS, and then I will decide if it makes sense or not to welcome a "Monaco" team into the tournament. There is no need for a nationality, citizenship or cultural debate.
