Why do you all just keep trying to push the limits of your roster to see what you can get away with. Why don't you fucking understand the purpose of this tournament.

Ultimately we can control team selection but we cannot control and manage individual players in team rosters if they are indeed ''elligble' to play, it is up to the will of the Captains of each team as whether to 'stack' their own respective teams. The marriage between the attitudes of yes it is a rookie tournament lets have rookie players play and yes it is a rookie tournament but a tournament nonetheless lets win it is hard to reconcile as entering this rookie tournament with the latter mindset being quite scummy. The Roster rules based off EGL does a good job barring 130+ people from playing as individual players but there will always be a few players that'd slip through the net, its up to the Captains volition whether or not to use these players for the sake of the rookie tournament.

Maybe when you don't know if you should consider someone as a rookie or not, you could do a vote with all the admins and the team captains (or others voters that you trust) and the majority wins. That tournament system is a really good idea but sadly there are always people that will try to play even if they're not rookies.

If you read the rules only one player from any of the top teams from EGL (Jedis and Caza included) can play in your team as Captain or Coach, Kil played for Virgins and Steinnman played for Caza so you'll have to basically drop one of them if 92nd Gren Boys as a team want to continue playing so yes it does matter
