Why is every single german regiment in the same group?

When the groups were balanced there were only 2, it just so happened that the last regiment who signed up happened to be German.

But it would be unfair to hear on the wishes of a certain community, only because it may mean a better outcome for the german community as a whole

My thought in the end was either the best German regiment makes it through, or more than 1 of you do and you end up on opposite sides of the brackets after groups.
