I see no brf file called 33rd Regiment Legs nor in the britsuniform.

You can find it out in Module System. As far as I remember they're using one of French pants. But... you're making own mod. Isn't it better idea to simply make all units yourself and give them equipment you want instead of just reskinning NW units?
