Guys,
    I'm fairly new to the regimental scene, but I can say that the month or so I served under Lawrence he's been a fantastic commander. The whole issue with having to disband the 4e was completely out of his control and was the result of other peoples' choices, not his. Lawrence knows his shit, he'll lead this new reg quite well, don't you worry.

And also....
it's just a game. Let's play it like it's one.
