It still seems unnecessary to have that many rounds. If you're on a B team that wont make it far anyway, the last 9 rounds of the match are just busywork. It could be done in much fewer rounds.

Well I think we all enjoy playing this game, that is why we are still here and play this Cup and that is why you go on gf tournaments. If anyone thinks it is too many rounds he obviously doesn't enjoy game and should let someone else play on his spot who will respect the spot. 

I'm glad to hear that you haven't been playing on a team that didn't actually wanted to play in the first place.

Also, replacing Tristan with MakeCake for the danish team.

Just so everyones clear as I see Arctics name being mentioned quite a bit. Germany is a terrible location because of its infrastructure and the data controls in Germany. It forces you to go through so many nodes that its always going to be laggy unless your inside the country. This has been explained many times, nothing you can do about it for gaming purposes it just sucks, its not the actual hardware that we are using.

Thanks for the explanation, I guess that I just assumed that whenever I joined a German event where my ping was 25-30 that the server was German, maybe it was always Dutch or something.

We are playing on the French servers now, very happy with it. The French servers give most of us around 50-55 ping, but it is possible to chamber on it and it doesent lagg, so Norway, if allowed, wants to play purely on French servers, no german servers, atleast not the current ones.

Maybe talk to the guys in DNH, the Danish reg and ask if they cant donate a server. But then again, Im not sure I want to play you with 10ping

That would be cool, but I dont know any DNH guys, and Im guessing not that many would be willing to play on a Danish server

Maybe I could talk to Melton. Well its a two sided coin, how can they expect us to play on French and Germans servers if we never get to play on Scandinavian ones?

I mean countries such as Germany, Netherlands, Belgium should be able to play on Danish ones since it's more or less equally far away from Norway/Sweden to Denmark than it is from those three countries. Infact only country with more ping than scandinavians would be Germany perhaps if you lived in the south or are Austrian. But Belgium and NL should have pretty good ping. But as of now, the german servers have been laggy for alot of people it seems like, and they generally just have a higher ping at least for us Norwegians compared to french ones, so as Norseman said, hopefully everyone we face will acknowledge that the french ones are at the very least playable for both nations compared to the german ones. But I'm not complaining about the French servers, if all games are played there, then Norway is happy about it.

Are you guys seriously asking for Danish servers? Then we would like to have a Hungarian server or even Bulgarian then eh? Norseman instead of trying to bash Melton's server you should be appreciated that he gave out his own money to rent those 2 for the tournament , simply for us including you . The server might be giving you bad ping but that doesnt have anything to do with Melton , he rented it from Arctic . So I invite all you to insanity stop asking for Danish servers etc . and Norse If you like the French servers , then fine play on it !

Get glasses rebellious, I just said it was nice of him to offer hosting those German servers and I even said that I understood that people would not want to play on danish servers. I said the French servers were good and I was happy with it. So quiet please, lol. End of discussion.

Pride has a Belgian-French server though, which gives brits 25-30 pings, Frenchies 25, Germans 29 and Scandinavians/east-europeans 40-45 ping, but I dunno if he would be willing to lend those out.

Haha funny coming from one of the by far shittiest meleers in the community(considering your hours). How you got a spot on your team is beyond me. It was not just the ping, when a person cant even chamber and get stunned when blocking there is something wrong with the server. Also that pic was just randomly a second where our pings didnt spike? lol

You know me too well.
Also fact of the day: During M&B:Warband Beta and shortly after the games release, you had to download the game from the website, and Steam wasn't an option. You had to count the hours manually and write it down to show your friends and your mother how good you were.

I just checked the French servers and they have ALOT better ping than the german ones, even though the german ones should've been better for us Norwegians. The melee runs smoothly and there is no delay on the french servers by the looks of it. Idk if they've been reset not so long ago or what, but for now I think Norway will be playing on French servers only if the german servers keep bullshitting us.

That's brilliant. I didn't know the French servers were up yet, but if they are and are running smoothly for you, the problem should be solved.

kek, I think I won the arguement. Better stop now before you start crying. Reply if you wish, not going to reply as the problem is solved. 
I guess the Norwegian team ought to stick to French servers then.
