In TW forum there was a button to ignore threads, if you clicked that you were not seeing that thread in unread posts section.

Can you activate it this forum too? There's a lot of threads that I don't want to see when I click the unread replies button.

You have to activate it on your profile. Modify forum profile and normally you see a button somewhere saying ignore topics options. Normally from there. When you have done that you get check squares at the right and you can choose which topics you want to ignore. You could also ignore whole boards if you feel the need.
