Why you should be an administrator?:
 I dont want to be a admin for the following reasons: I've played a long time on the server and have played with many admins.. and the last couple of years it was very fun to play  on the server. So i don't want to be an admin for the reason that i played much and that I have "experience" on the server.. ofc some experience is always good... but the real reason i would like to be administrator is to prevent the following things:
 
-I would like to prevent that TNT are getting spammed.
-That people are spawnsinking with TNT or arty.
-People making sapper bridges/wasting the building points.
-Warn people with spam/trolling in the chat.
-Warning people with offensive/Discriminatory names.

Previous Experience(If Any): I've been admin on some small servers. The biggest server where i was admin, was 59th jailbreak.. but that was a long time ago.

About me(if interested): My name is Speculaaskoekje I'm 18 years old and i'm from the Netherlands. I'm playing in the dutch NWWC team atm and i'm in the regiment: 17e. I love making youtube video's.. so that's what i'm doing on my 2 little channels.

I have a report against the admin Davidoff_Coolwater. A player named Monica TNT spammed and built a bridge to the ship and he let them off both times because they are friends. This is an unfair enforcement of powers as if anyone else would have done both those things on one map they would have been banned.

How was the individual acting in a way that he should be banned: Acted in an offensive manner towards me and on two occasions went as far to call me a nigger and subhuman

Proof (Use Spoilers please): Unfortunately I do not have screenshots as evidence to back up these accusations, however as an admin of EU commander one of the ways I look for evidence is in server logs which should give you all the proof you need in regards too the verbal actions of this player. Why you should be an administrator?:Lately i have been playing a lot on the server,especially late at night and unfortunately i havent seen any admin on the server so people were acting like 10years old.
-Stop the immature people from calling others names (such as the N word and in general racistic nicknames)
-Prevent the boatspawnkilling from artillery.
-Stop the troll that exists almost every single time i join the server.
-Restrict the sapper troll (tnt,bridge building,door blocking) that makes people rage and leave the server.

I was playing by my regular username; "Nogger_Von-Blackfrika" which I've been using for 4/5 months on this server and I never heard any complains about the name, especialy the fact that many people have much worse names.
So this new admin is on the server, he kicks me because of my name I think.
So I return with anotherl name and I ask him for the justification of my kick and he says:  "Use your brains." well I still didn't understand it and he wouldn't give me a reason so I called him a "fraud admin" and he bans me directly.

First off, I think this admin is new and he should know what is normal and not on tropical paradise because he is enforcing his own laws I think? Also the fact that when I use the name Nogger_Von_Blackfrika and this admin relates this to a "Black coloured person" is very weird because 1, Nogger is a fictional word which doesn't exist so there is no right to relate it to a real word like in this case: "Nigger, Black coloured Person", also the word Blackfrika is a fictional word which doesn't exist and you cant relate a fictional word to a true word because no one can know it's meaning right?
2, I my self am A black person, and I dont find my name offensive, but I find it really offensive that this admin Aninumus or what his exact name was related my username, which I've been using for the last 4/5 months on M&B with out any trouble, to black coloured people like really? Does everything now a days have to be a racial question or something or can't we have any fun anymore... I am deeply astonished by the fact that something so small like this gets transformed into a racial discussion and I think this (new) admin clearly doesn't know which impact his actions have towards a (Black) person like me...

And now this new admin comes in trying to change the server to his likes, thats really looks like what some 'gouverments' did in the history (Not reffering to any, but you can think of some)
I've playing on this server for like 4 years maybe more, never been in any trouble before, warning nor bans or kicks so this is my first time, and I think everyone deserves atleast a second chance, and really? A permanent ban because of my name and asking why I was kicked without getting a good reason and then when I say "fraud admin" I get a permaban?? Sounds a bit rude.
Though if my name which I have been using on this server for 5 months "Nogger_Von_Blackfrika" is not acceptable anymore then I will change it of course that won't be a problem, but I really hope to get unbanned since I play Tropical everyday and like most regulars it's becomming a part of your life.
