that he should be banned: Using an external hack (autoblocker)

None, the individual stood still and made it blatantly obvious he was using an autoblocker. He said "KO KO KO" when I confronted him.

This guy's a nuisance, and I enjoyed playing here before he came.

Without evidence, there is nothing I can do. Did anybody else see his autoblocker in action?

Why should you be an administrator:

Well, I've been playing Tropical Paradise lately, and it's really brought me back to playing NW. It's literally the only server I play. But sometimes I can see people with racist names or people spamming the chat with inappropriate messages and whatnot. I believe that I could stop this. For most days I am really active, as I'm on my computer for most of the day, and especially during the summer holidays. I believe that I'm friendly and I won't give out any harsh punishments without a legitimate and adequate reason.

Previous experience (if any):

I was an admin for Town RP, but I have 1035 hours on Warband, most of them hours being on NW. I know how to be a good admin, but everyone has to start somewhere.
