People have always done it in Persistent mods, PW was the worst, basically couldn't play it because of that

Yes, but the satisfaction is there

They should make some system which prevents attacking all players unless they are PvP flagged, like in all normal MMOs.

The a decent amount of people on PW/PK are there due to the amounts of armour and money you can gain from rdm, last I looked anyway.
