We talked about this before. Uniforms looked extremely alike during this period. Details sometimes were a bit different, but that's it. We must remember that this is the time where you couldn't recognize someones uniform from the distance you were going to shoot him from anyway, so it mattered little. And maybe even more important - There were barely multinational wars during this period, apart from the Crimea, so the most important thing for any army was to look pretty, and one looks pretty by following (military) fashion.
If anyone carries a pretty unique uniform nowadays, I bet it's this Dutch regiment.
Whether it's nice to look at, is something different entirely.
