This last match is a joke. It took you 2 month to arrange it, and the first message that ask for anyone who can ref it was send at sat 11:08 am. The only person that came was George, and he recieved the message 1,5 hour before the match.  As you can check, George isn't official ref for this tournament, and he doesn't have exprience with comp matches. He also was reffing alone, and i think all of the refs will agree with me, that 2 ref are barely minimum to keep everything in order. It is the participating regiments fault that they didn't paid attention to organising the refs for the match that was massively delayed. Even with that, you have the audacity to offend persont that decided to ref for you instead of admining his own event.

Since subject of invites requires to be put in simple way, im gonna present a project of new rule regarding the invites.

Based on single team numbers, they can bring:
- 50-59 (+3 invites)
-  60-69 (+4 invites)
-  70+  (+5 invites)

Also considering that couple good players can change the outcome of mele engage, i would also limit the number of invites per regiment/company to 1 (depending on internal structure of regiment). That solution would give us max 5 invites, without increasing the strenght of reg too much. On top of that, if reg reps will agree there might be possibility of adding more then 1 inv to reg, but thats only for special cases.

As always i'm open for discussion and applying changes to this project, because we wont make it live without agreement from all participants. Also i think this should be implemented with next stage in tournament.

P. S. Yes it is based on attendance rule, but i think it's fair.

I wanna say at this point that the 2Lr had NO INVITES at this Match, we brought about 80 ppl to the battlefield and there was not a single Invite in our Regiment. I am not 100% Sure about the Nr13 but i did not see a Single one at least. I can not say the same about our enemy. Their cav was very strong and i think a lot of guys Invited there. Maybe this is not the Spirit of this event. I am looking forward and we have for the knockoutrounds a better Rule for this invite thingy.

To adress the problem of invites, they are allowed simply due to fact that not all regs can provide their full strenght for all of the events (you had example in todays match), and bringing them allows oposite teams to get most of their men on the battlefield. I do not support the extensive usage of invites because that really might disturb the idea of Regiments fighting each other in ther groups, but as i've stated above i also do not see problem with getting additional men into the meat grinder, if they are no more then eg. 20 % of a line. I also support the idea of  clarifying the rules for inviting.
