It doesn’t seem fair to ban obelix and not others who also double reg. As others have pointed out before, a personal hatred of obelix by either the captains or admins doesn’t constitute a ban from a tournament.

This decision had nothing to do with Obelix as a person, because I like him and it was no pleasure to announce the ban.

The thing is not that he double regged per se. The thing is that we got a rule which says fully devoted to a regiment. So when it comes to a tournament like this you have to decide for which team you want to play, when you are active in two regs. Obelix told 96y and 10th he will play with 2eGre. He got deleted from their roster (dunno why) and then wanted to sign-up with 96y as he can't play with 2e. So the only thing I see is that he tries to play for the tournament with any reg that takes him. during our conversation he offered me to play for 2e again, only to play this tournament.
and it's clearly not the aim of the tournament, to have people jumping between regiments only because they're already in both regiments.

I mean the fact that one player who thought I was still in a certain reg (without baiting anyone out) asked me if I could get him into this regiment for RGT and now he is playing in the tournament even tho he joined a max of 2 weeks ago. However, obelix has been devoted or just as devoted as the rest of this community is to their regs. Not to mention that I have seen 3-4 minimum on rosters who aren’t devoted and joined in the last month.

I don't want to be rude to anyone but are we all realising that the admins are doing their best to host this tournament?
Using personnal time for the community they could use to do personnal stuff + trying to take a maximum of opinions before taking decisions.

And after all if you disagree with the admin crew, why would you wish to take part?
