if people aren't gonna play why did they sign up to the tournament  when the date was a Sunday, most a of the time tournaments are on Sunday at 8pm gmt...

Throughout the past decade, most NW tournaments happening on one evening have been on Sunday Hawriil. Although this format hasn't been tested a lot, for most of the regular tournaments it only makes the last four teams finish very late, most other teams are out at an entirely reasonable hour. If you intend to make it far in the tournament but are not ready to potentially finish late, I'd recommend simply not to sign-up.
