Why you'd like to lead?- I came in decently late during the last campaign. I worked my way through the ranks and became 2IC of Poitres near the end. I enjoy strategy and am decent at it, that is how I became an officer. I would enjoy doing it more to hon in my skills.

What makes me a good leader?- I am not like the others here, having years of XP, however, I am always advancing new tactics and coming up with others. We need to keep it original, and that is what I am trying to do. Then again, I only have minor XP leading lines.

Why you'd like to lead?- I know I'm an effective battlefield commander and leader. Strategically, I'm top tier and tactically I'm very good as well

What makes me a good leader?- I took over the Confederacy (called the confederation back then) in the 2nd NRP campaign. Back then it was an unorganized shitshow of randoms fighting against highly organized regiments and melee tryhards. I took the disorganized mess that was the CF and turned its near-loss into a campaign victory and then led the faction to a second victory in the 4th NRP campaign against the same melee tryhards and regimentals in the commonwealth. In the 5th campaign, the person who organized it refused to let me lead again because I was winning too hard and too often so he named somebody else faction leader. I still managed to get myself back into the faction and led it (as 2nd in command officially) to near victory. NRP rules and my lack of supreme admin powers prevented me from seizing control entirely, which would have guaranteed victory.

Why you'd like to lead: I was 3rd in command, then 2nd in command upon the death of TallDwarf to JollyCanadian. Me and him led the battles and led Breytona to victory. I have much experience and will dedicate a lot of time to this however much is needed.
What makes you a good leader: Active, strong, loud, smart, experience in regs, experience in M&B.
