Too make it short: The amount of trolling in the offtopic is outrageous. It is not possible to post even one serious thread there because of some idiots who think it's cool to destroy every real and serious discussion with memes and shitposting.
Let me just quote the rules:

In many countries such symbols and imagery are banned particularly in Germany where FSE's host servers are based. At the end of the day this is a forum for the enjoyment of FSE products and not a platform for political discourse. FSE does not wish to contravene Germany's strict policies in regards to Strafgesetzbuch section 86a and thus requests that its users adhere to this policy as part of the terms of service agreement.
I wish to address the Moderators directly by this. If someone marks a thread as SERIOUS in the off-topic section it's outrageous to have the thread trolled and spammed all the time. I'm honestly fed up with closing down serious discussion threads just because one individual thought it would be funny to insult people with a meme or something to provoke a real argument. If these individuals wish to troll they can do so in the Mess Hall if they want to, but not in the offtopic-seciton. I ask you to finally enforce the rules properly and hard! It cannot be that some individuals are allowed to ruin every serious discussion and get away with a "watched" only.
The moderators are being ignored right now. On one of my threads a post was deleted for trolling and calling the Bundeswehr a nazi organisation and instantly this shit follows:

The bundswehr is made up of nazi right wingers. I will not tolerate this nazi music be spread here. Germany was beaten in 1945 so I don't have to be triggered by this.
