Applying for (NA/EU/AU): NA
Regiments: 13te, both for IE and NW.
About yourself and why you would be a good admin: Well, I've been playing with the MM community for way too long.  I started back in MM Prussia, if I remember correctly, and have still got Russia3 installed.  While I've not got the most vast experience of applicants here, I have had the privilege of playing with our very own Sivart since he was an admin on PW.  He has imparted his knowledge of being a fairly fair, evenhanded administrator; yet, has also taught me how to remain firm enough to properly enforce rules and maintain an enjoyable environment for the players.  I have, however, done a bit of administrating of my own on the 13te server back in MM and before it fell out of popularity in NW.  I attempt to remain as active as possible, yet do need to spend some time out of game, as I would like to pass high school.  I remain as impartial as possible; and, as cliché and standard as this phrase is, will take the appropriate and necessary action, depending on the offence, not the person.
Previous Experience (if any): I've adminned a tad on the old 13te server, and that's about it.

Look at those superbly suave dudes in that photo.  I can only hope that we will look half as ingratiating.

If you just happen to live in the Pacific Northwest, specifically southern Washington or Northern Oregon, this site can point you in the right direction.

I'll see what I can find of my Berdan's stuff and other miscellaneous items that I've got.

Well, one time a man let me check out his Morgan Rifle.  A very unpleasantly heavy weapon, I must say.

General Discussion / Re: Classes- M&B classes or Custom?

I feel as if Azrooh's old Secession mod did an excellent job in this department.  If you'll recall, Secession did allow one to choose one's class, Infantryman, Colour Sergeant, Officer, etc., and also allowed for one to select the uniform from a variety (a bit more of an abstract selection for Southerners, which I also enjoyed thoroughly) of jackets that were unique to regiments, complete with rank insignia and all.  I believe that this system of selection fairly successful in both providing a bit of comic relief, and bolstering the realistic element of the mod.  Were something like this considered by the development, I would certainly give my vote that way.

I'm going to refer back to Azrooh's old mod, Secession.  I really enjoyed the ability to pick and choose the hat, the rank, the trousers and, if you were an officer, the gloves.  I just felt that it gave the people in the group something besides their in-game name to look at and be able to say "Hey, I am a corporal.", and also a bit more character individualization beyond the character's face.

What kind of scale are we talking about here?  Are we talking small town community or a country with millions of people?
Let's take Communism, for example.  Obviously did not work on a large scale; however, it could potentially work well in a smaller community.

*DrTaco walks off in the distance, with the line still following him*
[USER IN YOUR CHANNEL TIMED OUT]
This phenomena usually resulted in a resounding "God damnit, Taco."

Can I use our former leader, the illustrious DrTaco, as a symbol?

Community / Re: The Arrangement-Recruitment (ATTENTION BIGGER REGIMENTS)
« on: February 02, 2013, 09:59:53 am »
Please don't be too rough with me here; but it seems as if this post is due to some potential laziness and/or the lack of determination to actually go out and recruit.  There are plenty of new people all the time, but this isn't a small niche community in MM anymore, man.  Therefore, you've got to work that much harder to actually get the people.  Also, it is an EXCELLENT idea to branch out on the internet, spread your name around; for instance, many of the largest groups have grown immensely due to YouTube videos.  I don't mean to come off as an internet douche, nor do I mean any offense by this post.  I am merely saying that you need to work harder to get recruits in NW than you needed to in MM.  Do NOT blame the bigger regiments for you lack of recruits.  Do NOT say that they don't/didn't work hard for their members.  Hindering them is no way to reward their hard work, and thinking that they are "stealing" your recruits is preposterous.

I feel that I will have to go with 5arge, as whenever I talk to him, he seems to be a pretty cool and level-headed guy, that is, if he's not yelling at Taco.
