Issued a while ago forgot to post on here. We are awaiting for Whigs and Tories as well.
What's happening inside the closed doors of the meeting rooms?
Well currently the Nco's and officers of the 7th RoF are talking about the ranking system and if it should be changed or not. One of the ranks they said they may get rid of is the 'Lance Corporal'. More on that in the future.
There are also talks on formations for the light infantry company as well on advanced formations for the fusilier company.
What's happening with G6? (IT Department)
At this stage G6 are focusing on finishing cleaning up the team-speak, but are expecting to finish the website as they are currently waiting on G4 (Administration) to clean up the handbooks for the regiment.
G6 are hoping to get all this done within the next month or so and then be able to start on the discord which will be used for news and announcements.
Regimental Serjeant Major. George
I'd like to give a warm welcome to the new Regimental Serjeant Major. George. Currently RSM. George is in meetings with G5 (Planning Training) and G7 (Executing Training) organising the training side of the regiment so we are able to execute easy and fun regiment training sessions.
Small changes
Recently today (26/02/18) the 7th RoF have changed the rank of 'Cadet' to the rank of 'Recruit' as this represents a little more historical accuracy.
