Lan Server Failure

Me and my friend are trying to play LAN on Napoleonic Wars, but it doesn't work, when I try to join it says "incorrect authorization key"
Can someone explain how to get rid of this or what it means? I just want to play.

I have a video of the process, but it's uploading.

I've done a bit of digging on the subject, but it seems as if LAN just doesn't work at all with Warband. Sorry :(

It does if you have internet connection.

Well, obviously everyone on the forums does :P
But what do you mean with what you said? I'm quite curious for a solution to this problem, as a lot of people seem to be unable to get LAN up and running.

Hm. I probably said that wrong. you need to have a network for it to work. if you do have a network it works.
Try using a dedicated server launcher. (download from taleworlds.com)
