not sure for hireaper but kennedy has been performing amazingly on every single egs tournament this season but still he's massivly underrated by some people so it'as actually nice top see him actually kinda high in a list  =O
i'd actually argue he should be above some ppl in his tier, right behind bunter would make more sense to me

You can argue all you want, the truth is there is no win-win possibility in these kinds of situations nor is there a 'fairer' option that out rules all others.
Well i don't see the downside of having a less harsh punition if a person who broke the rule didn't do it with bad intentions and it didn't impact the competition in any way. That's win win imo, banning him is the only lose lose scenario imo.
Listen to this guy, hes smart. I know he sounds like a cute little mixed-race british-french boy but hes got a really big brain believe me i saw it!
plz don't look into my skull again i'm very brain shy

Yea just asking him to remove it would be better probably but bending rules always leads to bias in this community so fixed punishments for a rulebreak are always better, then everyone knows what can and will happen and then you can judge yourself if you want to risk it

But everyone knew changing colours of muskets was forbidden some time ago already so you cant really complain about punishments when you use it still
i disagree on that but i don't organise shit so it doesn't really matter x)

But i for one didn't know it was even thing till like a week or two even less so that it was a banned thing xD

Bending rules always sounds like a good idea ::)
It actually is and we do it in pretty much anything law related. Like when depending on the severity of a crime and the intention of the person who commited it the rules would still apply but the sentences a lot less severe. Like in this case when janne didn't had any intention of cheating with his actually pretty unhelpful pack, i mean look at it xD, and since i honestly don't think it impacted any of the matches he played in, just giving him a warning and asking him to remove that and show proof he did next tournament would seem a lot fairer in my opinion.

Bending my own rules in certain situations and using them as guidelines and all that caused is much more drama/issues/arguments than you are seeing today. In the end as a host whether you follow your rules or not all you get are people complaining and wanting more. At least if you follow your rules you have a solid argument to stick to.
Well i can't really argue on that part since i never organised any tournaments on nw before, though i've seen people complains for pages on in both cases so might as well do what seems to be the smarter option and ignore the complains if you and the admin team feel like the decision is right and grounded. And in this specific case i would see complaining if people had already been banned from this specific reason but there wasn't any to my knowledge (which is fairly limited i'm pretty dumb) ? So i don't think it would a problem to anyone to edit that specific rule. It's just i feel like most things should be done on case by case and possibly editing the rules rather than sticking blindly to the initial ones. Especially in this instance where i feel the decision hurt the competition more than anything. Just my opinion though !
