Is kicking a stuck teammate justified team wounding?

Of course! As long as you are doing it in an attempt to help them out! But people may use it as an excuse to troll :-/

Is there a particular map and area in mind when you made this post?  I ask because any area that you get stuck on and cant get out, you can't kick the guy.  It wont register the hit.  every spot I can think people get stuck in is like this.  and if there is an admin on, they can always tp you out.

It was on Champs-Élysées. The person was stuck on a barrel. I know that usually once a person is stuck, they cannot get out, but there are a few rare occasions where I've successfully kicked someone or been kicked to get free. The French were coming down the alley and I made the decision to attempt to kick my teammate free instead of letting her die by the hands of the French.

Well personally, if I see someone stuck, and cant tp them out, I'll let someone try and get them unstuck.  I wont  yell at the person for trying to get them unstuck.  Most of time kicking teammates doesn't connect or doesn't get them unstuck.

Yeah, I usually when you get stuck it doesn't work. I was surprised that the kick connected and the person became free.

I think all playful punching/kicking is justified even if they're not stuck. It's been a tradition since native and it hardly does any damage. Of course if you're doing it purposefully to annoy someone like to interrupt their reloading then it's not okay, but if people are just having fun with each other then it should be overlooked in my opinion.

Well if someone is blocking a door when multiple teammates are trapped inside a building with explosive crates, then I think it should be justified. But other then that, why would you need to?

Apparently any team wounding is against the rules, and you will be perma banned.  Let your ally die if they are stuck.  I would try and help them personally and say to hell with it.

I got temp banned once trying to unstuck people on an old seige map with many of those sand cylinders. The map is not used anymore

but anyway, many people often would get stuck and kicking is just a waste of time to a point. I just kill the stuck people, they will be free in 5 seconds then while they respawn. It was a lot of fun killing them with the partizani dagger.

sadly i got banned from the server because of it, some admin must not like me doing his job.


in battle servers, i see no reason why you should not be allowed to kick people who are stuck, its just no fun for them.


oh

and also, that reminds me. Once I was trying to kick someone out who was stuck, but the kick hit their head and it actually came up as "headshot" team kill. that was pretty funny
