Yes, getting one custom built is the way to go. Even if you don't feel inclined to build it yourself I'd still recommend it, getting someone you know that is more technologically apt to do it for you is probably still going to be cheaper than buying a pointless brand one. The branded PC market is pretty appalling, it's more or less built upon the exploitation of peoples lack of knowledge. In the absolute worst case scenario you should be able to contact a tech shop and get someone there to do it for you, but if you have any desire to game for an extended period of time I have to say that learning how to build and maintain your PC yourself is a must.
