4e Vrijwillige Artilleristen

Hello FSE members! I am happy to announce that I will be joining the community creating an Artillery Regiment. This regiment (or should I say battalion) was a Dutch Artillery Battalion that fought during the Napoleonic Wars. This battalion engaged in many engagements and to honor their service I am grateful to be using their name for the game. I have many experiences in the arts of Artillery, from playing the 15th humans vs. bot server, too being successful in many events even the old 7NA events. Well I am glad to be back to have fun with all the other regiments in this community... Wish me luck! - Kim

Majoor - Maj
The purpose of this rank is that the "Majoor" will be leading the whole battalion meaning if the battalion contains of Artillery and "Artillery Guard" the Major will be in charge of both types of combatants.
Kapitein - Kpt
The purpose of this rank is that the "Kapitein" will always be with the "Majoor" and be his "advisor." Depending on the situation, the Kapitein will be temporarily in charge of either Line or Battery.
Erste-Luitenant - Lt
With this rank, the individual will be leading a crew of cannoneers, or will be leading the Artillery Guard company.
Sergeant-Majoor - SgtMaj
This rank allows the individual to pull the cannon out if the indiviual is part of the battery, but if the individual is part of the line, then they will be the 2nd- in charge of the line. (Will also be responsible in other fields of the battalion)
Sergeant - Sgt
This rank allows the individual to be either the leader of the Majoor's personal guard, or an option to be leading the construction of the perimeter defenses, or be the individual that will take out the regimental colours.
Korporaal - Kpl
This rank will be the only rank allowed to be in the Majoor's personal guards, because the individual showed skills in the art of melee
Kannonier der 1ste klasse - Kfk (Sfk)
This rank will be one of the ranks that will be loading the "cannons" and will hold responsibility to adjust the sights of the cannon and will be equivalent of the modern "radio operator." The Sfk is the 3rd rank for an artillery guard.
Kannonier der 2de klasse - Ksk (Ssk)
This rank will be the 2nd reloader of the Artillery crew who's main job is to reload. There will be times where the individual will have to join the Line if there aren't enough members, or will have to shoot if they are the last one, that's what the training is for. Ssk is the 2nd rank for an artillery guard.
Soldat
This is the starting rank for any new member in the regiment. After being notified for a promotion, the member will be informed that they have two options, 1 to stay in the artillery guard, or 2 to move on to the battery as a Kannonier
Specialist
There will be other specialist ranks that will be assigned in the future EX: Sapper, Musicians etc
