Quote from: Duuring on August 17, 2015, 11:54:26 amThe democracies we currently live in are designed to counter and fight those bad eggs. The goal isn't to give all power to the people equally, because that's impossible, but to give people the ability to fight back. The USA system is obviously outdated though, and it needs reform. It should especially be easier for people to actually register as a voter. The problem with anarchism is that it lacks institutions and law. With nothing to fall back on, with nothing to claim legitimacy by, we are at the mercy of the whim of the people. Turin Turambar, you're extremely close to following Akko. You post nothing but racist and anti-semitic stuff in some sort of attempt to be funny, and my patience is running out. You're decribing political democracy. You can pay all the lip-service you want to "Democracy" but were not an Economic Democracy, which is much more important because Economy influences the entire superstructure. Capitalism turns any system into oligarchy, ofcourse they have to make concessions to the majority which is working class to keep what power they have. But there will be a time when even the lowliest citizen will not bow to unjustified authority. We have been living in Limbo ever since the French Revolution, the end of history isnt here yet.

Massive job loss will take place, but if left allowed to, the market will adapt. I just don't want my job to be taken away from me, tbh.
