No offense, but some of you guys weren't around in 2012-13, especially when melee was faster. There are a lot of guys on that list that you aren't familiar with who are still easily better than those that came later.

Ofc not. RitZ took this when everyone was in their prime. Meaning during Pointblank's prime he was easily one of the best bayo fighters in NA.

Nope, you cant fool me RACIST! but it is missing a lot of the actual people who should be well known for swordsmanship and looks a lot more like a best bayonet list rather than a best melee of all time list.

PLG and 1LH probably have the most active swordsmen in the NA Community(LIR have a few also) and have been having weekly tournaments for mounted as well as dismounted sword fighting championships for ever, so at least between us two regiments(+the few others regs we let in) we know who the better sword fighters are but I don't think the community really cares about us swordsmen a whole lot enough to implement them into any lists though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't take into account internal tournaments. Personally I've rarely seen PLG, 1LH, or LIR outside of those internal tournaments, 200 man events, and pub stomping on NA 1. The PLG branched out and 1v1d other regiments as infantry only a handful of times at best.

tbh, outside of the old Marins guys (which are on the list), there are very few good fighters in the PLG, even with swords. But they do have some pretty good guys (Pepper, 5hine, Fireboy, and a couple others i probably forgot the name of), but they have never been overly impressive duelists. Fireboy and 5hine often win/do very well in groupfighting tournaments though.

1LH I know next to nothing about.

LIR have Jetch.

As for including new people on the list, I think among the newer 2014/2015 people that I came back and saw, id say Puppy, Achilles, and Jetch deserve to be on the list. However it is pretty hard to say where, as they dont have alot of history vs. MOST of the list. Most of the other people on the list can be ranked because they have dueled/groupfought/FT7d each other many times officially and unofficially.

Has anyone heard/fought Klauser before? He goes on Public Duel NA mostly, and can be pretty hard to beat if you're not patient, same with Knight of St John.

i feel like skinny and achilles are a bit too high but should be up there. at least i'm actually on a list but all the way to the bottom. And your list is mostly based off of dueling capability, while ritz's was about overall skill in both dueling and gfing.

I'll add maples/ritz list for all time, although I think a current players list might be more useful here. There are so many skilled players from the past that this turns into legends/old wives tales as maple put it.

A current player list will be more accurate as positions can actually be defended/gained through current performance
