North & South: First Manassas / Error problem during download

Hey guys
I recently tried downloading this game from here:

And after I download the whole game, it leads to this error message attached.
Is there any solution to this? I've downloaded multiple mods before and it has worked. This is the only mod that seems to not work for me.
