The Germans were only held at the Afsluitdijk.

Fixed. Still is a remarkable feed, though.

One would be surprised, the germans needed only send 1 frigate at that.
No more dyke.
But that was not how the history went, they wouldve holded it out for a long time.

No, you have that small matter of supplies.

The Germans would've just sat there and waited.
Probably one of the very few old-timers here who hasn't been a regimental leader.

The Battle of Gaugamela. The stats speak for themselves. The Macedonians were outnumbered by 40,000 troops and had to endure fighting against the all new scythed chariots, yet the Macedonians won decisively.
