Considering those tournaments were the only ones with a 5v5 format at that time, yes they kind of mattered and this team actually won quite a lot of them. I don't recall them loosing that much when they participated to a tourneyQuote from: Golden. on March 19, 2019, 05:00:17 pmHow would I know ive been playing game as long as you man I don't think so

Darkcore , the coke of noswill and moskito .. Is their any places remaining in your mouth ?
Ausser Exo, der wird gemutet.
Which i did, against known and reputed player, some of them considered legend, such as, Mandarin, Ledger, Tiberias, Herishey, Hokej, Troister, Axiom, Evanovic, Stark, Eddie, Jammo, Bagins, Freddie, Python. I didn't had a good relationship with most of them, but i congratulate them for what they did, and i had pleasure facing them.
It's true but the game has massively evolved since then. 2012-2015 is 3 years of playing. 2012-2019 is 7 years. I would argue the skill ceiling has only risen and risen since then. Like it does in every single other game csgo, dota 2 etc. It's fair to say that players have only gotten better and better over time. There was only a tourny spam in the 2018 period not 2016-2017 tbf. And a lot of the tournaments can be argued to be on the same competitive level as hekkos. It's simply a fallacy to try and believe that 2012-2015 era players are better if anything they were worse. It's part and parcel with any competitive game that as it ages the skill level increases. The player base was larger in 2013-2015 but that just means there was more skilled players and more shit players it doesn't mean the more skilled players were better players.I don't want to compare any players individually or teams from the two eras. Just overall I would say the average player today is better more knowledgeable and skilled than the average player in 2014-2015.
I think Moskito is the only person has been consistently good for such a long time.
No one can really say either playerbase is better or worse. TFFO was a bunch of inactive, old players and we went par for par with FrenchTouch during 2016 and a good part of 2017 with other team names. It's an argument/discussion that is really impossible to settle. The average skill level has of course gone up but it's hard to compare the top of the top with each-other. EDIT: Maybe it was 2015-2016 can't really remember was ages ago.
