It was a really good match, probably one of the best I have got the chance to watch in this NWBC. There were a few instances of FiC and a couple of OAs yet none which impacted the outcome of the round. There also was a gentleman agreement on the last round to go for an early all-charge, which resulted in an amazing round, where the Nr4 played a huge part in denying the overtime to the 33rd coalition. Generally speaking, it was a team effort which granted the Old Guard that win but needless to say the 33rd brought their A-game, making the whole encounter really exciting.

Big thanks to Anna for being available on such a short notice and kRIEGER for joining us and making our task as referees easier. Good luck to the Old Guard in the grand-final and to the 33rd & 1ste for the bronze match.

Very well played in the match yesterday all, was a tense game! Brilliant coordination from the OG in the first two rounds to soundly put us down, I felt like we may turn the tide in the last half but alas it was not meant to be - though the margin was close

We do now only have the final match for the upper bracket left to play, with both 'The Good the Bad & the Timed-out' and 'The Old Guard' competing for 1st & 2nd place, the 'Cool Casuals' already having claimed 3rd place in the lower bracket final. Looking forward to seeing these magnificent teams taking each other on in an exciting final!

PS - apologies for this last part of the tournie dragging on abit, super glad we were on schedule for the group-stages though or who knows when we would have finished in the end.

You should read the rules more closely sweetheart; no team is forced to play with arty as it must be agreed upon by both participants of a match. This has been the case from the off. Many teams who initially signed up with arty have opted out of playing with it, after playing their first, long, drawn-out match
