Don't worry about what people think, they don't do it very often.

So let’s just ignore someone like Maskman who knows next to nothing about leading and the capabilities of regiments performing well in a linebattle type of event.
To state that anyone on a “good day could beat the 77y/15thYR” is just a meme of its own, if that was the case why don't you beat the 77y or 15thYR then!?

Review

Spoiler

Dominance continues, teams continue to struggle to find ground and roster shuffles.

Group A finished like most people expected - Round Table on top. The so called "great stack" once again showed what their team is capable of. In dominant fashion they clinched the first spot, only to have a nail baiter against later tournament second Snappers in a narrow 5-4 win. Snappers struggled a little bit in group stage, even though becomming second behind RT with a 2-2 score. The loss against NSS was preventable, but NSS was able to advance through that win to send Renaissance once again home early. Renaissance won their meeting against NSS, but later lost their matches in a nail baiter against Kamikaze, one sided against RT and again close against Snappers. Just because of bad luck they couldnt make it through this time. If Renaissance want to clinch one of those very coveted playoffs spots, they have to make ground and come far in the last tournament of this season. The groups midfield team Kamikaze were blown away by groups first and second RT and Snappers, but won their matches against Renaissance and NSS to clinch third place.

Group B was a little less exiting for the teams in the back. Snappers academy team Crappers lost every single match, none remotely close, but never one sided. In every match they were able to win at least 2 rounds. They couldnt continue the surprise acts from last tournament, where they won 5-4 against tournament winners RT in group stage. Regrouped and Renegades topped the group. The match between both teams was the 3-0 match up, which ended in a nail baiter win in favor for Regrouped. CocoTouch and BlackKnights round up the rest of the knockout teams. They both either won their matches in true fashin or got blown away. In their meeting however CocoTouch had the upper hand, blasting BK 5-0.

The knockout stage continued with either very one sided affairs or nail baiters. Four out of eight matches were 7-1 matches, two of them especially being in the semi finals. RT stomped their way to the final, only dropping 2 rounds throughout. Snappers on the other side also convincingly won their match ups 7-3 and 7-1 respectively. Renegades got their revenge against Regrouped in the battle for third. They were able to edge out Regrouped in a 7-6 match to claim bronze. Teams like BlackKnights, NSS, CocoTouch and Kamikaze fell out early in the quarters without much trouble. The latter having the closest match with a 7-5 score. RT once against was the best team and claim gold in a rematch against Snappers, in which the latter fell short again. The so called "great stack" got themselves in the favorites position for the soon upcomming playoffs.
