It's because he had the 32e skin already installed, and he was a member of the 32e and therefore had the skin, he isn't using your skin to build his own, he just happened to still have yours installed.

Oh snap I haven't noticed that before. I think only the pompon (I've no idea how it's called) color on the shako is left from your skin so I can either recolor it or credit you if you wish.
