Hopefully grenades don't cause a crashing issue...Having 200 players to a server, all with grenades (I'm assuming, correct me if i'm wrong) could cause issues should heavy fighting break out

I thought historically only Stormtroopers had grenades.

No, only assault troops, which will have class limiters on them.

Well the F1 Grenade (At least the Russian version) had a 30 meter effective radius, and the Model 24 (Stielhandgranate) has a 12 to 14 yard radius, roughly 11 to 13 meter radius. French grenades had a helluva lot more kick but German "Stick" grenades could be thrown much farther on average.

Yup, thats true. We don't have different explosive powers for them currently but the stick grenade can be thrown much farther. The trade off is that it's more awkward to carry so in the mod, French troops are able to carry more grenades.

I feel like the grenade explosion is too big, though I'm assuming it's still a WIP with grenades like that.
I was thinking it was way too small, but keeping how it is now is probably better for balance. We'll be tweaking it during testing.

Are you going to make the grenades have different explosions? Because as you know, the Stielhandgranate had a more powerful explosive charge, but it had relatively little sharpnel blasting off of it, and the pieces were too thin to be lethal in most cases. Grenades with more powerful HE charges are known as offensive grenades since you can toss them ahead of you and not worry about shrapnel hitting you in the face, so you can keep advancing. Although the main trade off is that it's lethality range is much smaller than shrapnel based grenades. However with shrapnel based grenades you have to get on the ground or in cover unless you throw it very far away.
