I am one of those "runner" guys. Been running 3-4 miles for the past 5 years. I do 5 days straight take a day off and just repeat that. Raced a few 5ks, best time was 20:13.

Wtf is a running? I've never heard of that weight lift before.

I ran like 3-4 miles 5 times a week, now that its a lot colder outside I don't really run that much i've been going to the gym with my friends.
