What about sanctions for Maskmans behavior?

He has abused his admin to stay on the server although no specs have been requested. He was asked by Vegi and me several times to leave the server and later even Chriseh told him 2 times to leave the server. I know that there are talks about Maskman getting removed his admin but that doesn't quite match the size of the offense. He was able to secure the 45thN an advantage for the upcoming matches by recording the match and analyzing it. That should be at least a 1 match ban, if not more.
