On the note about the fish; Why fresh water, and in which country do you live? I think the prices of fish depend on where you're from.
A lot of mercury in the cold water fish and a lot of cheap fresh water fish here.
Snack on apples/bananas/oranges/pears etc. The more varied the better.
Make sure you get some dairy in there too, either through milk with cereal/cheese in sandwiches or something.
Also add some extra vegetables, maybe some bell peppers, cauliflower etc.
If you're not eating much red meat then consider something like dried apricots to increase your iron intake (although if you're regularly eating fish it's not as much of a concern).
I don't want apples they are on the list of items that get sprayed and eating organic is more expensive certain foods don't require to be organic as they don't get sprayed and hence can be cheap but also healthy and nutritious.
I'll look into apricots but I'll try to eat fish regularly.
Why do I need dairy?
I'm a ardent believer that homecooked meals and hard labor are usually the best diet and excercise. Build up muscle, extend your life, etc. It's probably the most overlooked combination nowadays because folks are centered on this weird shit. Look up some country meals. Hardy and fairly cheap.
On the fish, try catfish, bass, bluegill, salmon, or tilapia.
My diet closely resembles the diet of poor people from the old days.
I'm also looking at the Okinawa diet since those mothers fuckers live for a long ass time.
Okinawa cuisine looks dope too. I already do exercise.
Live off Coconuts like Tom Hanks in Castaway.
Too expensive and coco tree's don't grow here.
Yuck, diets.
Who needs diets when you can have burgers and chips.
By habbit I mean: dietary habits.
Burgers and Chips can be part of your dietary habits.
