I was thinking it would be like tons of practicing in rooms full of computers but whenever players interact IRL in the kitchen or outside  and stuff that like sly insults and trash talk lead to heated rivalries which would help make NW even more competitive. Then it could be like a wheel of fortune style of picking what events they’d be doing, like groupfight, champion duel (regiments pick their best guy to 1v1), linebattle, etc. At the end the team with the most players wins and gets crowned the “NW Reality Champions”.
