Hello. My friend recently purchased a 200 slot 14 dollar server and nothing is showing up in NW nor did she get a control panel to manage the server. What should we do?

Always create a support ticket in the billing panel for urgent issues.  We don't have any open tickets today but I will track them down by the information you gave me.
Update: I'm showing the server as being online 1 minute after payment and the welcome email being sent for it at this time as well.
Have your friend create a support ticket if they are unable to find this information.

We have added Paris, France as well; if you are a current client and want to move there just let us know in a support ticket, all of your files and settings will move with it.

We should have new hardware soon, we're wondering if we should ship it to Dallas, TX (out of stock currently) or NYC/France.

Edit: You can also get live quotes by going to the order page without having to put in any information.

Thanks all we are getting the hang of all the mods so things should be pretty smooth.
Don't forget if a mod isn't listed we can add it or you can just FTP it to the server.  Control Panel TCAdmin1 and 2 support server side zip and unzipping so as long as the folder paths are correct you can upload one zip and then unzip it and be done.

Once BCoF is released or they open up the server files for it I would love to host it.

DDoS protection is similar to other providers, smaller attacks will get filtered automatically, large saturation type attacks that took down Paypal and Amazon will result in null routing the attack so it bounces back/drops.  During that time we can also change ports or IP if you want to avoid the attack.  Quite a few options.

The Becker that is correct, we're only selling three per E3-1270v3 at this time.
Since we do rentals by the day, if you don't like something, you won't lose your money with us and be stuck for the entire month.

For our pricing we're trying to remain competitive, I see on other threads people saying hosting is too expensive so we're trying to help.
