when do sign ups close/when is the draft?

Sign ups will close as soon as the playoffs start as I'll include a free agent pool, draft date will be set based on the captains availabilities which I am organising right now.

please don't let people sign up after the league starts. It's not fair if someone like AsianP comes and signs up late then goes to a team mid season

one week of sign ups should be enough for anyone to decide if they want to play
