Title: 9e Legere Coatee Pattern Aquisition 1806-09
Post by: zac on January 07, 2016, 06:38:59 am
This is mainly targeted at Duuring and other European reenactors, but could anyone point me in the right direction to find a pattern suitable for an 1806-09 impression of the 9e? Due to my break from Facebook for a few weeks my usual means of communication are knocked out.

Thanks for any help!

There's this Facebookgroup

https://www.facebook.com/6e-regiment-dinfanterie-l%C3%A9g%C3%A8re-1805-1807-235304049976244/?fref=ts

They are posting pictures of their uniforms, so they probably have a pattern.

Yeah I looked a little closer and it sure looks like the far-too-wide designs of Corps Sutler.

This is the tailor of the German 9eme. I have talked to her yesterday, she takes roughly 500 - 800 for habit vestes.

If you want a habit longue, most likely 800.
