Trying out ACW for the first time. Figured I would start up a quick battle to test it out. Made this battle with exactly 27,200 troops present. All militia. We duked it out with guns, but my men were getting itchy for some action, so.... I gave the order BYDANDY LADS! My men charged through the stream, up the hill and straight into the Union's line. All the while the ground is shaking and my headphones are suffering from the bass of nearly 8,000 troops charging and yelling while horns and drums play epic songs of the era. It was a good day. That is until my computer crashed halfway through the charge. It was going a steady 40 FPS on max but I guess the mod just isn't quite ready for that massive of scale battles. Anyways, I am really enjoying the mod. I love the sound design. The music makes it so epic when charging. Great mod Hinkel, thanks. I can tell I will have a lot of fun with it.

Moved in to take Gundabad from the orcs of the former Angmar Kingdom, Gimli and Balin in command of a mighty dwarven host. Two Battles are fought without any gains. Both the orc armies have been defeated. Yet because a huge loss of soldiers. I had to withdraw. :(
