I think that what problem is, the real crux of the matter, is that an apology should not really be considered an 'apology' when the person accused of the deed in question is blaming an imaginary being, in the face of damnable evidence to the contrary.
If the "little brother" excuse is an acceptable 'out' for blatantly taking the work of someone else and claiming credit for it, then I think we can be forgiven for a little holiday exacerbation.
I request that CryPteX, at the very least, be given some sort of forum warning.
