Currently working on this one -basically still a sketch right now.  :) Does anyone know some tips how to draw the creases at the arm (as it is bent) properly?

Looks good Ted.  You're on the right track.

My best advice to give you would be to put on a similar jacket or overcoat and look at it in the mirror, or find a similar pose online.

I always draw a quick 'skeleton' before drawing the final picture...it helps me with getting the dimensions right.  Tons of videos on Youtube for this. 


Also, I highly recommend the Taleworlds art thread.  You'll be able to get some suggestions and critiques from many varied artists and creators.

The Art thread is stickied.  Also, a lot of members from this forum participate in their 2d art contest thread.

Start with general shapes, your proportions are off, as Thundersnow said, better go to the TW thread, it's not as dead and\or shit.
As for the creases, they go along with wherever the tension goes; generally in a bent arm it's 2 or 3 types of them: direct thrust, compression and one more I think, can't remember. Look up some images for reference or make your own.
