All i found was this   "-Snipers may ignore rules for squad size and spacing and act independently (one per faction)."  It doesn't say regiment, only "one" which I assume is one person.

-Special Roles will be assigned to regiments of adequate size and ability. They must follow rules for Infantry unless otherwise noted below.

It's in the first part of the Special Roles RULES.

I added a new rule:


"-Team Killing will not be tolerated at any time during the event, for any reason. Even accidental TKs may be punished per admin discretion."
